Brexit & COVID-19 Update

We are currently manufacturing and shipping orders as normal, however, there may be delays with deliveries at borders due to customs inspections as a result of Brexit.

All prices displayed include import duties and VAT. 

As a business, we have decided to not close our doors to our existing customers, and absorb the costs of your import duties and fees if you live in the EU or UK. In the majority of scenarios we are able to prepay these in advance with our shipping carrier or through the use of IOSS scheme. If however you have received a notice to pay duties and/or VAT, all you need to do is get in touch with our customer support ([email protected]) and supply us with additional information regarding your charges, and you will be reimbursed via a refund to your original payment method or alternative funding source.

Depending on where you live, you may experience varying degrees of delays in logistics due to COVID-19. Many of our carrier partners are working as hard as they can, within the existing safety frameworks setup by local governments to ensure your parcel is delivered to you in a safe way. If you have any particular safety concerns over your delivery, please get in touch.

Our team are all remote working with the exception of our crew in the workshop, all of which are all complying to strict safety standards for handling goods and raw materials. This has meant a slight slow-down in our production capacity, and may elongate the quoted and estimated delivery times. If we are aware of any significant delays with your order, a member of our team will reach out to you.
