Depending on where you live, you may experience varying degrees of delays in logistics due to COVID-19. Many of our carrier partners are working as hard as they can, within the existing safety frameworks setup by local governments to ensure your parcel is delivered to you in a safe way. If you have any particular safety concerns over your delivery, please get in touch.
Our team are all remote working with the exception of our crew in the workshop, all of which are all complying to strict safety standards for handling goods and raw materials. This has meant a slight slow-down in our production capacity, and may elongate the quoted and estimated delivery times. If we are aware of any significant delays with your order, a member of our team will reach out to you.
