Shopping Basics

Orders placed on our website typically take 10-40 days to arrive from your date of order, this factors in production, handling and cross-border checks. Please note, that due to COVID-19 and the United Kingdom’s exit from the European Union, delays may occur.

In some instances, we are able to provide you a tracking number, however, in order to keep delivery costs to a minimum (so we don’t pass the cost on to you) we send our orders via economy methods that don’t provide tracking. This is dependent on country, so please get in touch if you have any concerns or would prefer a more premium shipping method.

If you are still waiting on your order to arrive, and it has been more then the 10-40 days estimated for delivery, then please get in touch with our support team by emailing us at hello@shopmeraki.co or get in touch via our contact page.

We offer a 90 day return period for peace of mind. You can view our returns and exchanges policy here. Returns must be initiated by getting in touch with our support team by email to hello@shopmeraki.co or by contacting us.

Please note, failure to first obtain return authorisation will result in non-refund.

Yes, we ship to over 100 countries. If you have any concerns, or would like to discuss specific delivery requirements, please get in touch. Please note that due to COVID-19, international delivery times and shipping charges are subject to change on a regular basis.

In short, yes we do! We manufacturer all of our products, meaning we have greater flexibility of customisation options. Payments

We accept payments in USD, GBP, EUR, CAD & CHF. The payment methods available to you are dependent on your country of residence. For most EU, US and UK customers, all major credit and debit cards are accepted. Finance options may also present themselves to you via Klarna and PayPal Credit 0%.

Yes! During the checkout process, please select your preferred payment method and input your card information in the payment area.

If you require an invoice, or would like a quote, send us an email or contact us and we’ll help you out. Payment can be made via direct bank transfer.

Sure. We don’t store any of your credit card information (that’s handled by our payment processors, Klarna, PayPal and Stripe, the best in the business) and we will never share your personal information with anyone else.

Shipping & Returns

Orders placed on our website typically take 10-40 days to arrive from your date of order, this factors in production, handling and cross-border checks. Please note, that due to COVID-19 and the United Kingdom’s exit from the European Union, delays may occur.

We accept returns for unused items, in their original packaging and in their original condition.

If you need to return something, please get in touch using email hello@shopmeraki.co or contact us, within 90 days of receiving your items. Just let us know why you need to return your order, and we’ll ask you to send the items back to our return address. Once received, we’ll check them over and issue you with a full refund.

We’ll refund the cost of the product and the original delivery fee, and you’ll need to arrange and pay for the item to be posted back to us. If the unthinkable happens, and your product arrives damaged or faulty, we will of course cover the cost of you returning the item to us.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or missing items, don’t fret, we will fix this for you ASAP. Send us an email or contact us. Tell us what you ordered and your order number, and we’ll help you out.

Returning orders are quarantined for 5 days before being processed for a refund. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification. Your original source of payment will be refunded or credited within 3-5 working days. Please note this time is dictated by your banking institution.

If your order has already been confirmed and dispatched, you will have to wait until you receive your order before you can return items in the order. Otherwise, you can email us and we’ll help you out.

Email us as quickly as possible so we can intercept the order before it’s dispatched.

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their residing country. Delays due to customs are beyond our control.

If you live in the UK or EU and receive a customs charge, please forward this to our team who can assist with settling the charges via reimbursing your original payment method. To find out more, please read out Brexit update.
