This product is made to order as part of our commitment to sustainable manufacturing and shipped 10-28 working days from your order date.
All returns must be postmarked within ninety (90) days of the date of receipt. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. For more information, please read our delivery and returns policy.

Can I buy samples and return them if they are not suitable?
Yes - just order your samples as desired and then return any unwanted items to our return address and we'll issue a refund.
Alternatively, you can order our sample finish kit and return for a full refund once you have decided.
Can I have a discount for a large order?

Can I visit a showroom and look at the products?
We are online only at the moment, but you are welcome to order samples and then return them for a full refund if they are not suitable. We also have a number of distributors in Ireland and Belgium which stock a limited range of our products available for viewing. Please get in touch for further details.

We offer a 10 year warranty on all handles, knobs and taps. Everything else falls into our 2 year standard warranty.
Are knobs and handles supplied in pairs?
