Return and Refund Policy

Our Returns Policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our customers. It does not affect your statutory rights.


Returns for Non-Made To Order Items


  • Time Frame: Returns must be postmarked within ninety (90) days of the receipt date.
  • Condition: Items must be in new and unused / unopened condition, with all original packaging, tags and labels attached.
  • RMA: Items returned without an RMA will be rejected. Use our Return Portal for efficient processing.
  • Restock Fee: Returns over £300 / 300EUR / 400USD / 500CAD / 2500DKK / 350CHF are subject to a 10% restock fee.
  • Return Inspection: All returns are inspected upon receipt. Non-compliant returns will be rejected.


Returns for Made To Order Items


  • General Policy: Made to order items are generally non-returnable unless faulty
  • Faulty Products: If your product arrives faulty, please contact us at with your order number and return request for a full refund or express replacement.
  • Must return in original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Must return within 28 days of receipt.
  • For non-faulty items approved for return by meraki., items must be in a re-saleable condition, unopened and in original condition.


Return Process


  • Initiation: For exchanges, email customer service at to start the return process. For returns, or self-serve exchanges, use our Return Portal for efficient processing.
  • Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. You are responsible for the safe return of the package. Items damaged in transit will be rejected for return due to non-compliance.
  • Shipping Address: Only use the return shipping address provided, or return shipping label. Do not send purchases back to the distribution point. Failure to adhere will result in rejection of refund.
  • Shipping Charges: Non-UK customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. UK customers are eligible for free returns. Use our Return Portal for efficient processing.




  • Gift cards are non-returnable and valid for one year.
  • Non-returnable items include: initial delivery and shipping costs, customisation charges, items not in original condition, modified items, items damaged in transit by you, items returned more than 90 days after delivery, customised items, made to order items.
  • For defective or damaged products, contact customer service for a refund or exchange.




  • Processing Time: Allow up to at least least thirty (30) days from receipt of your item to process your return.
  • Credit Cycle: Refunds may take 3-12 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Notification: You will be notified by email once your return is processed.


Please Note: Sale/clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.


Important Notice for Made To Order Items


  • Rejecting shipment, failure to collect from a service point, or carrier destruction of the parcel due to non-collection will result in ineligibility for refunds.
  • Cancellations only before production starts.
  • Use our Return Portal for efficient processing.
