Product Story
ORSA is designed for frameless cabinet construction, doors that sit flush to the cabinet body with no visible frame. The mechanism conceals within the cabinet and door, leaving only the hinge arm visible when open. Three-dimensional adjustment means you can fine-tune door position after installation: move it up/down, in/out, or left/right to achieve perfect alignment.
The body is machined steel for strength; visible components are zinc alloy finished to coordinate with meraki. hardware. Standard spring tension provides controlled closure; add the soft-close damper for silent operation. Each hinge sold individually, most doors require two; larger or heavier doors need three.
Where it works best
- Frameless kitchen cabinets with overlay or inset doors
- Bathroom vanities requiring concealed hinge systems
- Bedroom wardrobes and dressing room joinery
- Commercial fit-outs requiring adjustable, reliable hardware
- Any frameless cabinetry where visible hinges disrupt the design
Installation requires drilling, 35mm hole in door, fixing points in cabinet. Templates and instructions included. Opens to 110 degrees; soft-close damper (if added) engages in final 30 degrees of closure. Compatible with 16-19mm door thickness. Built for decades of daily operation.
Concealed mechanism. Three-axis adjustment. Built for frameless cabinetry.
Made Properly, Not Quickly
We work with specialist manufacturers who understand that hardware isn't just functional—it's the detail people notice. Some pieces are precision CNC-machined from solid brass billets. Others are sand-cast using traditional methods, then hand-finished to remove any imperfections.
The finishing process is where the real craft happens. Each piece passes through multiple stages—grinding, polishing, plating or patinating—before a final inspection under bright light. Finishes like unlacquered brass are left raw to age naturally. Lacquered finishes are sealed to preserve their original tone.
We don't hold stock. Every order is manufactured specifically for you, which means less waste and hardware that hasn't sat in a warehouse for months. It takes a little longer, but the quality is worth waiting for.
