Who qualifies for trade pricing?
Interior designers, architects, developers, contractors, bespoke furniture makers, and anyone specifying hardware for client projects. We review all applications individually, if you’re in the industry, you likely qualify.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are approved within 24-48 hours. Design Partner accounts are typically approved same-day during business hours.
Do you offer samples or finish swatches?
Yes. Physical finish samples are available at cost price and fully refundable against any order over £150 / $180 USD / €170 EUR. High-volume partners receive sample reimbursement on their first order.
Can I get custom finishes or sizes for larger projects?
Custom finishes and bespoke sizing are available to all partners and projects with minimum order values. Contact your account manager to discuss specifications.
Are duties and taxes included for international orders?
Yes. All customs duties are included at checkout for UK, EU, and select North American regions. For other territories, we provide detailed customs documentation and reimburse duties where applicable.
Can trade discounts be combined with sales or promotions?
No. Trade pricing is fixed and exclusive, it cannot be stacked with consumer sales or promotional codes. Your trade discount is already our best available pricing.
Where do you ship from, and what are lead times?
We ship from UK and EU distribution hubs for in-stock items (2–5 business days). Made-to-order pieces are produced in 3–4 weeks with express options available and shipped direct from our workshop (8–15 business days total). All orders include tracked delivery.
Can I place orders on behalf of my clients?
Yes. You can order directly using your trade discount and arrange delivery to your client’s site or your studio. We provide VAT invoices for all transactions.
How do I get a quote for a large project?
For projects requiring multiple items or custom configurations, submit your specification list through your trade account dashboard or email it to your account manager. We’ll provide a detailed quote with your trade discount applied, confirmed lead times, and delivery scheduling within 24 hours.
How do you ensure finish consistency across multiple orders?
We maintain strict batch control and finish specifications across all production runs. For large projects spanning multiple orders, notify your account manager and we’ll coordinate production to ensure colour and finish consistency. We recommend ordering all hardware for a single project together when possible, but we guarantee finish matching within our specified tolerances.
