Product Story
SYRA applies knurling as an accent rather than a covering. The smooth disc top provides clean visual appeal while a textured knurled edge offers grip where fingers naturally fall. It is a considered approach to tactile hardware that adds interest without overwhelming.
The cylindrical profile sits low on the cabinet face, creating clean shadow lines without excessive projection. Machined from solid brass in five finishes to suit different interior directions: Satin Brass for warmth, Matte Black for contrast, Satin Nickel for cooler tones, Antique Brass for depth, or Unlacquered Brass for natural patina.
Multiple sizes ensure the right proportion for different cabinet scales, from small bathroom vanity drawers to large kitchen cabinet doors.
Where it works best
Modern and contemporary kitchens. Bathroom vanities seeking subtle texture. Bedroom furniture and wardrobes. Media units and sideboards. Any space where clean lines should be complemented, not overwhelmed, by hardware detail.
Made Properly, Not Quickly
We work with specialist manufacturers who understand that hardware isn't just functional—it's the detail people notice. Some pieces are precision CNC-machined from solid brass billets. Others are sand-cast using traditional methods, then hand-finished to remove any imperfections.
The finishing process is where the real craft happens. Each piece passes through multiple stages—grinding, polishing, plating or patinating—before a final inspection under bright light. Finishes like unlacquered brass are left raw to age naturally. Lacquered finishes are sealed to preserve their original tone.
We don't hold stock. Every order is manufactured specifically for you, which means less waste and hardware that hasn't sat in a warehouse for months. It takes a little longer, but the quality is worth waiting for.
